Dear Parents,
Wow, how time flies when you're having fun! International day is next weekend, the 10th of November and students have been practicing very hard to get the dance routine just right. I'm positive that you'll be very impressed with their moves.
I have received all cash contribution for the student's outfits for International day.
Parents, that have already added their names to the grade 2 sign up sheet for donations I thank you. If you had not yet had the time to have a look at the sign-up sheet, please have a look and indicate what you will be able to contribute towards the day to make it a success. The sign-up sheet is on the bulletin board in front of Ms. Pamela's class.
Some special requests for International Day:
1. Donations of chicken, meat. wors, beef still needed.
2. Cash donations of any amount are welcome.
3. Help with selling at the stall. Duties have been divided into 30 mins time slots. ( sign up sheet on bulletin board)

4. Beads, buttons, etc to make ankle shakers
5. Drums and hand shakers.
Students have been very busy this week:
This week students were introduced to The Daily 5. The Daily 5 is a literature framework that teaches students to work independently, work on concentration, reading stamina and perseverance. This allows for differentiation and gives the teacher time to work individually with students.
