Weekly update 29th -3rd May 2019.

Dear Parents,

Thank you for your support for the bake sale we made N$ 1739.

What a short but yet fun filled week we had. The highlight of the week hands down was our field trip to Naankuse we experienced the carnivore game drive. On the game drive, students saw various animals including baboons, caracals, lions, cheetahs, African wild dogs, and leopards. Students watched them being fed, as well as spotted some of the free-roaming reserve animals. The game drive not only provided the opportunity to learn about these amazing animals but also provided for the perfect up- close picture of nature at its best.

Thank you to Mr. Rui and Ms. Anat for joining us on our field trip, your assistance was much appreciated. Mr. Johannes our very knowledgeable and experienced tour guide for sharing the rich history of how Naankuse was established.

A few weeks ago we celebrated international earth day. Students made connections between earth day and our unit sharing the planet and therefore decided to share and create awareness of some of their pledges to save the planet during the primary assembly.

This is a youtube video that we played alongside our presentation. Dear future generation
