Dear parents and students welcome back to school, I trust you had a lovely holiday with your loved ones.
Weekly update and dates to remember.
In light of the loss of Mikes mother, Ms. Sharon had a class discussion to address any questions or concerns that students may have. We further discussed and came up with ideas on how we as a class can support Mike.
The new semester jumped off on a fun note as students shared their holidays with a picture. Students drew a picture about something they did over the holiday. They were instructed to divide their page into four parts. Students were given 5,10,20, and 30 seconds to draw their picture in each box. Students handed their drawing to a friend to try and guess what the picture is about.

Students were challenged with a Stem activity. After reading the well-known story of the Gingerbread man, students were instructed to design a trap to catch the gingerbread man in 20 mins, using resources found in their surrounding area.
